Questions we often hear

When should I see a physiotherapist after a sports injury?

If pain, swelling or weakness has not settled within a few days, or the injury stops you training, get it assessed. Early guidance helps you keep moving safely instead of resting longer than you need to.

Can I keep training while I recover?

Often yes, with changes. We adjust your training so you stay as active as possible while the injured area heals, then build back to full intensity step by step.

Do you treat ACL injuries before and after surgery?

Yes. We work on strength and movement before surgery when your surgeon advises it, and guide your rehabilitation afterwards following your surgeon's protocol.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book directly with us. If you already have scans or reports, bring them to your first visit.

How do I book?
