Questions we often hear

Do I need an X-ray or MRI for back or neck pain?

Most back and neck pain does not need a scan. We check for warning signs during the assessment and refer you to a doctor if a scan or medical review is needed. If you already have reports, bring them along.

What is the McKenzie (MDT) method?

It is an assessment-based approach that uses specific movements and positions to understand and treat back and neck pain. You learn exercises you can use at home to manage your symptoms.

Should I rest until the pain goes away?

Usually not. Long periods of bed rest tend to slow recovery. Staying gently active, with the right guidance, is generally better.
